On the occasion of Cheese Lover’s Day, on 20th January, 2021, Department of Hospitality Studies has organized one day webinar on Basics of Cheese. Programme was conducted under the noble guidance of Dr. Bhushan Patil Managing Director, AEF; Dr. Kanchan Shinde, I/C Principal. Shailesh Ghanekar worked as coordinator for the event. Mr. Rudra Khadka, student (T. Y. B. Sc. H.S.) helped to organize the webinar. Chef Mrudula Jadhav worked as Key speaker for the session. The aim of this program was to give brief introduction regarding basics of cheese, different types and process of manufacturing cheese and its uses in daily life. Total 28 students from different streams participated in this program.
