The Student Development Board of Arihant College of Arts, Commerce & Science, Camp, Pune-01, organised a One-Day Workshop on Personality Development on Wednesday, 11th February 2026, from 11:00 a.m. onwards. A total of 84 students from the Arts, Commerce, and Science streams participated in the programme.
The programme commenced with the University Song and Maharashtra Song, followed by the felicitation of the guest speaker. Dr. Sachin Surve, Coordinator, Faculty Development, HRDC, Savitribai Phule Pune University, was the guest speaker for the event.
The session was highly interactive and focused on the development of soft skills and personality among students. Dr. Sachin Surve emphasised the importance of approach and attitude in developing an effective personality. He engaged the students through an interactive session and provided valuable guidance on developing positive attitudes, communication skills, and essential soft skills. The session was thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated by the students.
Dr. Ashok Chaskar, Academic Director, AEF, and Dr. Kanchan Shinde, I/C Principal, ACACS, encouraged and guided in organising the workshop.
The programme was organised by Mr. Ramajan Varunkar, Student Development Officer. Mr. Shanteshwar Waghmare compered the programme, and Ms. Akanksha Pawar proposed the vote of thanks.
