The Students’ Development Board of the college is vibrant and organizes various workshops, seminars, lecture series and social activities for overall development of the student’s personality. Savitribai Phule Pune University gives financial assistance to the college for organization of workshops and seminars. The college has implemented following schemes on behalf of Savitribai Phule Pune University for overall development of the students

1. Earn & Learn Scheme :
   Under this scheme needy student will get three hours work daily in the college and get remuneration of Rs.45 per hour from July to February each year.
2. One day workshop:
   Students’ Development Board organizes one day workshop on Personality Development. Eminent personalities are invited as a resource person for the workshop.
3. Nirbhaya Kanya Abhiyan:
   For empowerment of the girl students, the board organizes three days workshop every year under the financial assistance from SPPU. The Psychological, Physical, Mental and spiritual issues are discussed with experts from these fields.
4. Other Activities:
   For showcasing the talent of the students various activities/competitions are frequently organized in the college viz. debate, essay writing, Rangoli, Mehndi, Quiz etc. The board deputes deserving students to take part the activities organized by the affiliating colleges and parent university.
