The Institute has strategic plan which ensures that the set targets are achieved through accountability process comprising of review,evaluation, reporting and, where necessary re-planning. The institute has a perspective plan of development through expansion and enhancement of infrastructure, research and development and commencement of new courses. AEF has a plan to have a new building by the end of 2024 for the institute of having a sufficient space to accommodate the new courses, research and development activities etc.
