A Certificate Course in Employability and Communication Skills was conducted from 21st to 26th July 2025, aimed at enhancing participants’ soft skills. An orientation session was held before the course to introduce the program’s structure, objectives, and benefits, and to highlight the importance of communication and employability in today’s job market.

The course covered three main areas: Effective Communication Skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written communication, and business etiquette), Employability Skills (resume writing, interview preparation, time management, and adaptability), and Professional Development (teamwork, leadership, grooming, and workplace ethics).

Highlights included interactive sessions, role plays, group activities, guest lectures, and end-of-course assessments. Participants reported increased confidence in communication and job readiness, with the practical approach and personalized feedback offering a strong foundation for professional growth.

The program was organized under the guidance of Dr. Ashok Chaskar, Academic Director, AEF, Dr. Kanchan Shinde, I/c Principal, Sofeen Sayyed, IQAC Coordinator and Pranali Deshmukh, Training and Placement Officer. Pooja Thorat successfully coordinated the event, ensuring smooth execution and active student participation.
