Lighthouse Communities, conducted a Job Fair-2024 on 3^rd August, 2024. Total 11 companies participated in job fair, making it a significant opportunity for students to secure employment.

An eight days “Personality and Soft Skill Development” training program is conducted by Lighthouse Communities in the college campus from 22^nd Jul, 2024 to 2^nd Aug,2024 for honing the skills in the areas of job interview and to prepare the candidates for upcoming placements.

Students from various streams, including Arts, Commerce, and Science, attended the training program, which covered areas such as resume preparation, presentation skills, personality development, professional attire, soft skills, and common interview FAQs. The training program concluded successfully with mock interviews designed to groom the students to confidently and successfully crack the interviews.

The drive was organized under the expert guidance of Dr. Ashok Chaskar, Academic Director, AEF, and Dr. Kanchan Shinde, I/C Principal. Their leadership, combined with the dedicated efforts of the faculty members, contributed immensely to the event’s success. Mrs. Pranali Deshmukh, Training and Placement Officer (TPO), coordinated the entire event. Total 398 students registered for the placement drive and 162 students attended the interviews. Out of these, 56 students were successfully selected by the participating companies, marking a significant achievement for both the students and the institution.

The event not only provided a platform for students to begin their professional journeys but also demonstrated the college’s commitment to student career development and industry engagement.
