On August 30th, 2024, the Faculty of Humanities (Arts Department) organized A Cultural Fest, ” Shravan Mahotsav 2024,” exclusively for all teaching faculty members.
The Program Coordinator, Dr. Shikha Prasad, warmly welcomed the faculty and provided a brief introduction to the significance of the Shravan month, emphasizing its importance and the mythological connection between Lord Shiva and Shravan. A short video illustration followed, further elucidating this relationship.
The ” Mahotsav” continued with a mythology quiz, conducted by Ms. Sheetal Ankushe, based on the video presentation.
The program concluded with Prof. Shanteshwar Waghmare delivering a heartfelt vote of thanks to everyone involved, both directly and indirectly, for their support and contribution to the event’s success.
The success of the event was made possible through the invaluable guidance and support of Dr. Ashok Chaskar, Academic Director, AEF; Dr. Kanchan Shinde, I/c Principal; and Dr. Radharani Banerjee, Head; Faculty of Humanities. Their contributions were instrumental in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of the event.
