Teachers’ Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 8th September 2025 in the college.
The program was coordinated by Asst. Prof. Shital Salavi, who warmly welcomed all the esteemed faculty members and the respected I/C Principal, Dr. Kanchan Shinde.
The celebration commenced with a ‘Pushp Arpan’ ceremony as a tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the renowned scholar, teacher, and former President of India, whose birthday is celebrated nationwide as Teachers’ Day.
Dr. Kanchan Shinde, I/C Principal, delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing the crucial role teachers play in shaping individuals and building society. The event also featured thoughtful speeches by Dr. Radharani Banerjee, HoD, Department of Humanities and Mr. Ramajan Varunkar, HoD, Department of Commerce. Mr. Shrikant Ghongade shared heartfelt reflections on the significance of the day.
To recognize and appreciate the hard work and commitment of the faculty, all staff members were felicitated during the event. The celebration was further enlivened with fun games and interactive activities, creating an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie.
The program concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony, symbolizing unity and celebration, followed by a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Gautam Shinde, expressing gratitude to all contributors and participants.
